Hampton Inn & Suites Nashville-Downtown

This hotel is in the heart of downtown yet it feels like a quiet and peaceful place to stay. Clean rooms, delicious hot breakfast bar, and attentive staff. Brady was the valet who greeted us and explained we were more than welcome to park there before checking in and take advantage of exploring Nashville. He was super helpful and kind. Sweet Debbie at the front desk checked us in way early and was so kind. I would definitely stay here again! One block away from the Country Music Hall of Fame. Martin’s BBQ Joint is just across the street. Ole Smokey Distillery is a couple blocks away and Broadway and the Ryman are easily accessible by foot. Very close to Bridgestone Arena. Walked to a hockey game.

Location is perfect. Of course, you’re paying for it. Just minutes walk from all of the main attractions like the bars on Broadway, Bridgestone arena, Country music hall of fame, and plenty of great food options. I save a little using offsite parking at SoBro garage that was right around the corner. Free breakfast was decent for a free breakfast. My room, 544, had an off smell though. Housekeeping sprayed something but didn’t really help. It wasn’t bad but just off so we dealt with it. Otherwise, room was very nice and comfortable.

We stay at this location every year when passing through Nashville. It is a good location for us and the valet service has always been top-notch. Derrick and Gerson helped us on arrival and departure. The room was nice and very clean. My 4 star rating for the room is due to the door not opening easily. It was a little tricky ... had to lift the handle. My husband thought water pressure was a little low. Keep up the maintenance and we will keep coming back. Room price was reasonable and valet parking was $56.

This was our first time in Nashville, and so far our experience with the hotel has been great! Kendall and Kerolos helped us when we had trouble with our reservations. They were very accommodating and provided excellent customer service. Than you we appreciate it. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We loved this hotel. Clean, friendly staff, and we were able to get in our room early. Short walk to all the music venues on Broadway. And special shoutout to valet Gerson, who was particularly helpful handling our car in and out of the deck.

Valet was absolutely amazing!! They are kind, generous and go out of their way!! They are extremely friendly and make you feel like you’re at home! Even through all of Nashvilles ice storm they are on top of their game getting traffic through as smoothly as possible getting your car quickly and smoothly and it’s damn cold out there and they have a smile on their faces!! Absolutely loved them all including the valet supervisor Gerson D.!! All staff were amazing at the Hampton inn and suits!! The people working at the front desk were wonderful, housekeeping was amazing they were so sweet and so patient!! Absolutely an amazing time!!

Brady was amazing in helping us get all of our luggage for 4 woman in one vehicle (so u can imagine). The hotel was clean and the rooms were big and nice. The valet was superb and went above and beyond.

The service at this hotel was wonderful. The breakfast was much better than at similar hotels, with different varieties each day during my three-day stay. The hotel manager sent a text message the moment I checked in to ask if I needed anything. Coffee and tea are available 24 hours in the lobby. The only minor issue with the room was that the water pressure was a bit low on the sixth floor, and the faucet was positioned too close to the edge of the sink, making it somewhat difficult to maneuver my hands when washing them.
